The Divine Echo

There is a moment

amid settled dust

and silent motors

when all is calm

and my breathing is deep

and relaxed.

There in this moment

of an artwork newly born

I experience

for the first time

two sublime thrills:

completion

and beauty.

Magical moments

where a little created creator

echoes His cosmic comment:

“It was good.”
